Nouria Newman has won the kayak single women final.silver medal at the 2013 world championships.
Nouria Newman (left on the photograph) who is a student at IEP is the vice world champion in single-seated slalom kayaking at the 2013 world championships in Prague.
The Ottawa XL extreme kayaking race winner is silver medalist behind Emilie Fer who won the Olympic title in London in 2012.
