The  French Trophee of the Young Tax Professional of the Year 2013 illustrates the growing importance of taxation issues in  the world of business and finance. It makes it possible for students to challenge their knowledge and for the very best of them to gain legitimacy with their future employers.

The 2013 Trophy has been awarded to Mathieu Ferré, student in the second year of the Master’s Degree in fiscal law at University Toulouse 1 Capitole on May 30th in Paris. He won the contest consisting in an oral discussion on a tax-centered topic before a jury of expert professionals and high-ranking representatives of the civil society and of the Administration.

He can now compete for the world title of the
Young Tax Professionnal of the Year to be held in Copenhagen from August 25th to August 29th.
