Corinne Mascala, Professor of Private Law, Vice Chancellor of the outgoing Governing Board has been elected as Toulouse Capitole University Chancellor by 22 votes to 10 cast for Hervé Penan, Professor in management and Director of IAE (Higher School of Management Studies).

She is replacing Bruno Sire, Professor in management, who has completed his two consecutive terms as the University Chancellor.
