They came in Occitanie on Ms. Sonia Rose's initiative, Professor at the Université Toulouse 2 Jean Jaurès and Head of the French-Mexican University House (attached to Université Fédérale de Toulouse).

Mrs. Monsèrié-Bon, Vice-President for International Relations, and Mrs. Hourdry, Head of the European and International Office of UT Capitole, welcomed the following Mexican delegation with their team :

  • Mrs. Mireya Sarai Garcia Vasquez, Coordinator for academic cooperation at the Instituto Politecnico Nacional (Mexico)
