The LL.M. addresses the main legal issues facing this booming sector: international conventions and institutions, open sky agreements, airline liability, drone legislation, aircraft financing, competition in the aircraft industry, airport ownership and management models... In partnership with major aviation industry stakeholders, as well as "grandes écoles" (AIRBUS, ATR, ISAE-Supaero, Orrick Rambaud Martel SCP, etc.), this degree, delivered in English, is a worldwide first and leads to many job opportunities.
