Our main tasks:

Exchange programmes
Exchange programmes involve the SCREI team in two stages: firstly, in drawing up agreements and managing the Erasmus Charter, and secondly, in implementing the programmes.
Drafting and managing exchange agreements:

Internationalisation at home
The SCREI promotes the internationalisation of students’ and staff members’ pathways through internationalisation at home activities and short-term mobility schemes.

Three cross-functional tasks support these core activities:

Specific assistance and logistical support mission
Particular attention is paid to welcoming and supporting people with specific needs: people with disabilities. We strive to remove barriers to mobility to make it accessible to all by working with a network of organisations > inclusion.mobilite@ut-capitole.fr
Support is provided to international students facing accommodation difficulties.

A support scheme for visiting scholars at the Toulouse Capitole University has also been set up.

Finance mission
There are numerous grants available at European, national and regional levels to help fund a move abroad. The SCREI brings together all the relevant information, helps you plan your project from a financial perspective, and pays out the allocated grants to those preparing to move abroad.

The Communications mission is committed to informing the UT Capitole community, partners and the general public about the opportunities for internationalisation in degree programmes and research offered by UT Capitole, and to giving maximum visibility to events with an international dimension > screi@ut-capitole.fr

Our offices are located on the Arsenal site, on the first floor of Building J, in offices J 103 and J 104, and are open Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
