REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

Part of the teaching load cannot be covered by the potential of the permanent teaching staff for several reasons:

We have recourse to temporary teachers whose recruitment is regulated by the modified decree n°87-889 of 29 October 1987 which sets the conditions of recruitment and employment of temporary teachers for higher education. Temporary teachers are chosen for their skills and experience in the scientific, cultural or professional fields and recruited according to their professional situation and age at the time of the teaching hours.

In order to ensure the personal situation of individual contractors, certain supporting documents are requested at the time of recruitment. These are set out in the recruitment procedure.

The transmission, in due time (i.e. before the first teaching intervention), of all the necessary supporting documents is a prerequisite for the smooth running of the recruitment process and the payment of teaching hours.

Teachers and temporary staff will now use the ENI Saghe online recruitment portal to submit their application file, as well as the documents required for recruitment by the Toulouse Capitole University.
When you receive the email, it will take 24 hours to log in.

How to apply ?

The application is reserved for temporary teachers who have received an e-mail from the HRD office requesting teaching hours at the university, together with instructions on how to use the application.

  • I fill in my temporary worker file
  • I upload the supporting documents
  • I submit my application.

The person recruited will also be able to follow the evolution of his/her file through the HR department. This application will also allow you to edit your work contract and to follow the payment of the hours you have worked.
