The Qualiopi mark is designed to attest to the quality of the process implemented by providers of skills development initiatives, whether they be training initiatives, skills assessments, initiatives to validate acquired experience or apprenticeship training initiatives.

The "Avenir Professionnel" law of September 5, 2018 requires training organizations to meet quality certification in order to receive funding from mutualized professional training funds.

As of the 2021-2022 academic year, Toulouse Capitole University has committed to this certification process aimed at guaranteeing the quality of its professional training courses and its interactions with all stakeholders.

At the start of the 2022 academic year, the university was awarded Qualiopi certification for 3 years, for its training programs and programs for the validation of acquired experience. Since then, it has pursued the Continuous Improvement approach to which it has committed all of its stakeholders.
