We would be delighted to welcome you to join us as a speaker during the ENGAGE.EU Staff Week "AI in Higher Education Administration" from April 20-24, 2026 at Toulouse Capitole University!
About the Staff Week
This staff training week aims to help administrative staff members gain understanding on the evolving role of AI in administrative practices, to exchange good practices on how to relevantly and responsibly integrate AI in everyday office work, and to reflect on strategies for the implementation of AI technologies at ENGAGE.EU universities.Contribute to the Staff Week
Toulouse Capitole University is recruiting speakers from ENGAGE.EU partner universities for the ENGAGE.EU Staff Week. Administrative and academic staff (professors, researchers) from ENGAGE.EU partner universities are invited to propose a lecture or a workshop. Candidates should demonstrate significant experience and expertise of AI and of digitalisation in higher education.
Proposed courses should provide participants with:
- A comprehensive understanding of how AI is transforming administrative work
- Concrete tools for a responsible and efficient use of AI technologies
Possible formats
- Administrative speakers are required to facilitate at least 3 hours of workshop
- Academic speakers are required to teach for 8 hours, over the span of at least 2 days
*Interactive, participatory formats are especially encouraged in order that participants have space to exchange good practices and share experiences
How to apply to become a speaker
- Personal details

- Short CV
- Description of your experience of AI and digitalisation in higher education
- Title of the proposed workshop or lecture
- Summary (150 words max)
- Description of the workshop or lecture (250 words max)
- Tentative outline (including information about how you plan to encourage active participation and interactions)
