The Joint Programme in Digital Transformation focuses on the technologies and solutions of the digital world, offering students the opportunity to enhance their skills and prepare for a digital future through international courses.

  • Diploma: Complementary certificate (specialised programme), suitable for advanced undergraduate students in their final year and first or second year Masters students.
    Standard study period: 1 semester
  • ECTS credits : 20 ECTS (3 virtual block courses plus in-person summer seminar)
  • Language of instruction: English
  • Programme timetable: Application in Fall Semester, launch and courses in Spring Semester (January to June) + summer seminar in July

Structure du Programme

The programme will begin at the end of January with an online launch and team-building event, followed by seven virtual courses over the course of Spring Semester (January to June). Each course will be delivered as a ‘block’, for example three full Fridays or two Friday afternoons/Saturday mornings.

As a student on the joint programme, you choose three of the seven courses according to your interests and in order to complement, rather than repeat, the topics that might be covered in your own Masters courses. Each participating institution offers a virtual block course to programme participants. Each course is worth 6 credit points (ECTS).

As part of each course, group work and discussions will be organised in multi-skilled teams in order to take advantage of the wide range of experience of the students. The examination format can be flexibly defined to meet specific requirements, e.g. an online examination, an individual or team essay, or a team presentation, etc.

The programme will culminate in a compulsory face-to-face summer seminar in July for all students participating in the certificate. This summer seminar is worth 2 ECTS. During the seminar, you will have the opportunity to put the knowledge you have acquired into practice through case studies of digital transformation companies.
At the end of the seminar, you will receive a certificate and a transcript of marks for the various courses. As the programme is an independent, complementary certificate, there is no automatic recognition of marks in your degree.
