from October 9, 2013 to November 9, 2013

EDF & Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) are delighted to announce that they are prize-winners of the 2013 European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) Excellence in Practice (EIP) awards, in recognition of their outstanding learning & development programme “Corporate Turnaround: Focusing, Aligning and Building for Success”.

EDF & TSE have jointly won the EIP awards in the category Organisational Development for their outstanding learning & development programme Corporate Turnaround: Focusing, Aligning and Building for Success”. The programme was designed for 2000 managers of ERDF, EDF’s electricity distribution branch, by EDF’s Corporate University, TSE, and the consultancies Luméo and Julhiet, to overcome a triple crisis that had business, financial, and operational impacts. The programme led to clear and immediate performance improvement, due to its strong focus on corporate strategy, complete commitment and support by senior management, and innovative delivery approaches that lead to the cascading of learning into the whole company.

The winning partnerships will be presented during EFMD's Executive Development Conference hosted by the Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education, Stockholm, Sweden on 9-11 October.
