The DLC Conferences

The D.L.C. Conferences (Les Conférences du D.L.C.) was launched by Christine Dualé (MCF, African-American studies). They aim at bringing a different perspective of languages and civilizations to non-specialist students at Toulouse 1 Capitole University.
Each conference will deal with cultural issues which are specific to the Anglo-Saxon and Hispanic worlds. These conferences also purport to present the work of the different professors and researchers belonging to the Department of Languages and Civilizations and involved in the project. That’s why the conferences can either be in English or in Spanish. A debate will follow each presentation to involve the participants.

The conferences are opened to everyone. All students, more particularly M1 and M2 students, are welcome.
