Transports

Located in the heart of Toulouse, the Toulouse Capitole University is easily accessible by public transport. Several metro, tram and bus routes serve the campus directly, allowing you to reach our premises quickly and easily.

Underground: Line A (Capitole or Esquirol stations) and Line B (Jeanne d’Arc or Compans-Caffarelli stations)
Tram: Line T1 (Palais de Justice stop)
Bus: Routes 14, 22, 29, 31, 45, 78 (stops in the immediate vicinity) 

Tisséo offers discounted travel passes for under-26s and students (Youth Pass, Student Pass, Solidarity Fare, etc.). To qualify, please present your student card or proof of age when registering online or at a Tisséo branch.
   
VélôToulouse bike-share stations are also available nearby for cyclists. Furthermore, all our sites are equipped with secure bike parking facilities.
 
Matabiau station, Toulouse’s main railway station, is less than a 15-minute walk from the campus. From the station, you can also take metro line A (towards Basso-Cambo, getting off at Capitole or Esquirol) to reach the university in just a few minutes. Toulouse is served by TGV and Intercités trains from Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon and other major French cities.
 
  • Road transport and the Arc-en-Ciel network  
For students and visitors coming from Haute-Garonne, the Arc-en-Ciel network run by the Departmental Council offers regular coach services from outlying towns to Toulouse. There are several stops near the city centre, notably at the coach station (near Matabiau railway station) and at Marengo metro station. Routes 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 315 and 317 serve Toulouse from the department’s main towns. Fares are affordable for students, with discounted monthly travel passes available.
