UT Capitole has established close partnerships with institutions outside the European Union and expands its network of partner institutions every year.
Doubles degrees
Enrol in a degree programme at UT Capitole and graduate with degrees from both UT Capitole and another leading European university? In certain disciplines, this is possible. This is a significant advantage for your future academic or professional career.
Training offer abroad
In Vietnam and Vanuatu, UT Capitole is developing off-campus courses aimed at people living in remote areas or far from higher education institutions.
Individual enrolment for students of foreign nationality
Students of foreign nationality may enrol at UT Capitole on an individual basis, outside of exchange schemes. The procedure is centralised via the Campus France platform, which is administered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Internationalisation at home
Specific initiatives to enjoy an international experience ‘at home’: this is a new programme to be rolled out from 2023 by the European and International Relations Office (SCREI).
Some figures for the 2025/2026 academic year
In total, in 2025/2026, UT Capitole will have:
- 3,700 international students,
- 350 Erasmus+ mobility agreements,
- 43 double degree programmes (national and international).
At the Toulouse Capitole University, European student mobility is on the rise, with more than 482 outgoing mobility placements (completed, planned or in progress) in the 2025–2026 academic year under the Erasmus+ programme, including:
- 15 administrative staff,
- 424 students (Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD, all programmes combined),
- 15 academic staff,
- 28 students on work placements.
All these figures are up on the 2024–2025 academic year, when 384 outgoing mobility placements within Europe were recorded under the Erasmus+ programme (all statuses combined).
