The 3rd edition of the Expedition Week ENGAGE.EU will be held in Toulouse next week.

After a first experience in Tilburg on energy transition just for all, and in Mannheim, at the beginning of the month, on the societal challenges of the Neckarstadt-West district, it is now the turn of UT Capitole to receive the students of the consortium on the theme of Smart Cities.

Throughout the week, 25 European students from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds will design solutions to meet the societal challenges of the Smart City. They will be accompanied by mentors from partner universities, local experts and alumni students to answer the following questions:

•     How can we ensure that the activities of companies on a digital campus directly benefit the neighbourhood? How can we make this district an open-air laboratory?
•     How to make the Matabiau station district a connected model for the city and its inhabitants ?
•     How can we implement a low-carbon, inclusive policy in the city centre?

On Friday December 2nd, come and listen to and encourage the teams as they present their final solutions to a panel of experts. See you in auditorium 3 of the TSE at 5pm!
