As part of the Languages and Civilizations Department (DLC), in charge of the organization oflanguage courses (initial and continuing education, university diplomas, preparatory courses for international tests and diplomas),the CRL’s main missions are:
Providing the whole university community with a broader and closer contact with foreign languages, in the spirit of life-long learning.
Developing the existing foreign language resource base.
More precisely, by providing guided autonomy, complementary learning alongside classroom teaching, cultural and linguistic «strolls» and varied documentation support, the CRL aims at:
Facilitating students’ professional integration, whether they consider international mobility or not ;
Contributing to the professional promotion of the UT Capitole staff.
And, also:
Developing and exchanging educational resources with other foreign and French higher education establishments;
Carrying out applied research to sustainthedynamic approach necessary to develop foreign language learning at the UT Capitole.
