Anciennes Facultés

TSM – Toulouse School of Management, a school within Université Toulouse Capitole, is actively developing its relationships with businesses and the professional world through the signing of two partnership agreements with Pierre Fabre Laboratories and DECATHLON. Signed on 12 October and 3 November 2026 respectively, these agreements reflect a shared commitment to strengthening the links between TSM's programmes and the professional world, creating more opportunities for students and businesses to engage with one another, and developing practical projects that reflect real business needs.

Two partnerships to support students' professional development

Laboratoires Pierre Fabre: strengthening a long-standing partnership

A long-standing partner of TSM - Toulouse School of Management, the dermo-cosmetics group has welcomed around ten TSM interns and work-study students every year since 2023. Today, nearly 50 TSM graduates work within the group.

The framework agreement will further strengthen this collaboration, notably through the organisation of two company site visits for students each year, support for student association projects and the development of new joint research opportunities.

DECATHLON: developing educational projects and strengthening links with graduates

Through this agreement, DECATHLON aims to strengthen its ties with TSM programmes, notably by giving students the opportunity to take part in challenges based on real-life business issues and by developing dedicated teaching weeks.

The partnership also includes initiatives to showcase TSM graduates working at DECATHLON, in collaboration with TSM Alumni association, as well as the development of new opportunities for international collaboration.

Shared commitments for three years

Both agreements also include shared commitments in the areas of recruitment and teaching activities. Partner companies will be able to access TSM-Connect platform to advertise internship and work-study opportunities, as well as involve their employees in teaching through the sharing of expertise and case studies.

Running for three years from the 2026-2027 academic year, these partnerships reflect TSM's commitment to building lasting relationships with companies and strengthening the links between its programmes and the professional world.
