Double Degree- Sustainability and Climate Change

ENGAGE.EU starts a new Joint Program in the form of a Double Degree between the Luiss University in Rome and Toulouse Capitole. This double degree entitled Sustainability and Climate Change trains future experts in innovation - especially students with a legal or managerial background - and gives the necessary tools to understand and interpret the current digital and ecological transitions of society and economy, offering a solid legal background as well as interdisciplinary, managerial and technical knowledge based on social and hard sciences.
Its open, collaborative methodology is framed by the two partner universities, in favor of an entrepreneurial and engaged university in which learning is project-based.

Management of circular economy & ecological transition
This course provides business and managerial bases to understand circular economy models and systems. It introduces circular economy from a theoretical and a practical prospective, mixing traditional learning approaches with innovative teaching methods both complemented by cases and business challenges
Green & Sustainable Finance
This course aims at analyzing the key aspects of the finance pivotal role in the ESG transformational journey of society. It deepens the interplay between the financial system, and welfare goals towards environmental protection, social development, and carbon neutrality.
Regulation of Innovation & Sustainable Development
The course presents the world of regulation from a comparative perspective. It aims to deepen why regulation is necessary, how risk assessments help to decide whether to regulate and how regulation can support public and private innovation considering sustainability concerns.
