International Mobility Week 2024 at UT Capitole : find out how to internationalise your studies
from October 14, 2024 to October 18, 2024
International Mobility Week is the not-to-be-missed back-to-school event to explore all the possibilities for short or long-term international experience: study periods, internships abroad, volunteering, gap years, etc. From 14 to 18 October 2024, visit the Arsenal, TSE and TSM sites to broaden your horizons and prepare for your mobility.
During International Mobility Week :
- Meet the various players involved in mobility at UT Capitole : International office, international relations of TSE, TSM, SUIO-IP, internships department...
- Talk to students who have been abroad,
- Explore the destinations available to you
- Find out how you can finance your mobility.

To ensure that your income is not a barrier to your departure and to help you plan your budget as well as possible, find out about the financial aid available to help you plan your study or work experience mobility with peace of mind.
- Draw up your list of courses for a job application - Workshop on 17/10
If you want to study abroad, the course list is a compulsory document to submit with your application. But putting it together can be tricky... This workshop will help you to find out what criteria you need to meet in order to draw up your course list as effectively as possible.

- Preparing for your departure: budget, accommodation, visa - Workshop on 15/10
- The Mouv'Box is there for you to help you prepare for your departure and the various formalities involved ! It's a free service in Toulouse that will help you find accommodation abroad and apply for a visa.
- L'ESN (Erasmus Student Network) is a European student network whose mission is to welcome international students and help them integrate during an Erasmus exchange. ESN Toulouse will present the organisation of the association, its missions and the events it organises.
- Professional projects abroad - Workshop on 17/10
You don't want to study abroad, but you're keen to discover the world? You can take a gap year and set up your own tailor-made project abroad: Au Pair, Wwoofing, VIE/VIA, civic service, voluntary work... There's no shortage of opportunities. The SUIO-IP will explain how to apply for a gap year and what opportunities are available abroad. An exhibition to be found in the University's Grand Hall, as an invitation to pack your bags...
