NOCTAMBU+ label

The NoctamBU+ label is awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research as part of the ‘Open Libraries +’ scheme.
It is awarded to university libraries that meet the following two criteria:

• a weekly working time of 63 hours or more,
• and guaranteed opening for at least 245 days a year.

Following the award of the NoctamBU accreditation at the start of the 2010 academic year, this new accreditation recognises the work carried out by the libraries of the Toulouse Capitole University in terms of the quality of their visitor experience and services.

The Arsenal library is open 264 days a year from 8 am to 10 pm*. The Manufacture des Tabacs library is open 223 days a year from 8 am to 8 pm*.

* Opening hours may be reduced during periods of low activity at the university (figures for 2025).
