Changes in the voice of human employees in the service industries: Contributions to theory and practice

The THEVOICES project brings together a team of interdisciplinary researchers to study the managerial impact of innovative voice technologies in real-world service interactions. The project thus addresses key issues related to the digital transformation of organisations and aims to achieve significant managerial and theoretical progress. Furthermore, it seeks to advance the state of the art by examining the ethical and social acceptability of artificial intelligence technology.
