TSM (UT Capitole) is organising the colloquium ‘Thriving with AI and Beyond’, coordinated by Audrey Rouziès, Vice-President of EURAM

Organised by the Toulouse School of Management (TSM), part of the University of Toulouse Capitole, the European Academy of Management (EURAM) Early Career Colloquium brought together young researchers to discuss career challenges in the age of artificial intelligence. Led by Audrey Rouziès, the event fostered discussion, mentoring and the sharing of experiences on an international scale.

With 12 mentors and 30 early-career researchers from over 15 countries, the event held in Toulouse offered much more than just a forum for discussion. Designed as a comprehensive support programme, the conference combined expert input, mentoring on research output and coaching on career prospects, whilst fully addressing issues relating to artificial intelligence and time management in research.
 
Organised by the Toulouse School of Management (TSM), part of the University of Toulouse Capitole, and coordinated by Audrey Rouziès, this international event enables early-career researchers to take a significant step forward in their careers: clarifying their priorities, enhancing the quality of their work and building a strong academic network. It has thus established itself as a key driver of professional development at the start of a researcher’s career.
