The election for the presidency of Toulouse Capitole University took place on Thursday June 1, 2023.
Hugues Kenfack was re-elected President of Toulouse Capitole University for a 5-year term, renewable once. He was elected by an absolute majority of the 33 Board members present or represented.
Hugues Kenfack becomes the first President of the Établissement public expérimental (EPE), since the status of Toulouse Capitole University changed on January 1, 2023, with the ambition of becoming one of the leading French and European higher education and research establishments by 2025.
