Introduction

The International Human Resource Management (IHRM) Master’s programme aims at educating generalists in the HR field who are able to take on any HR role within an international company or consulting firm.

Block 1 - Transformation, Digital and Communication

Identify digital uses and the impacts of their evolution on the domain(s) concerned by the specialisation. Autonomously use advanced digital tools for one or more professions or research sectors in the domain.

Block 2 - Corporate Human Resource Management

Monitor developments in one's environment or ecosystem.
Unify and animate internal and external stakeholders with an ethical focus.
Lead or co-lead the construction of an HR strategic vision, set objectives, and give meaning through approaches such as Skills and Employment Planning and HR Master Plans, etc., aligned with the company's strategy.

Block 3 - Implementation of HR Practices

Develop HR policies and practices in various HR management areas (recruitment, training, etc.) ensuring contextualisation of practices. Apply and implement HR policies and practices in the field of HR development, evaluation, and career path management.

Block 4 - Performance Management and Control

Control and measure the relevance and performance of HR management tools by developing social management control approaches through custom social indicators and dashboards.

Block 7 - Professional Development

Analyse one's actions in a professional situation, self-assess to improve practice within a quality approach. Lead a project (design, pilot, team coordination, implementation and management, evaluation, dissemination) that may involve multidisciplinary skills in a collaborative framework.

Pedagogical Methods and Resources

For on-site training, teaching is adapted to the number of students admitted to the Master's programme. Alongside theoretical teachings delivered by teachers, the involvement of professionals enables a practical and concrete approach to the studied topics. Additionally, students have free access to various university resources: computer rooms, language laboratories, or the common documentation service.
