Introduction

This course is a re-shaped version of previous Master's programmes International Economic Law and Cross border Disputes. It is a 2-year program entirely taught in English.

The program develops a comprehensive legal approach (public law-private law) to the issues raised by global economic governance and enables students to acquire a good understanding of the various forums for the regulation of the global economy. It focuses on contemporary and future issues.

It also covers conflict of laws principles in cross-border cases, international jurisdictions, litigation rules and arbitration with a view to providing the students with the tools needed to hold positions as lawyers in an international and European firms.

This type of programme is a rare opportunity in France providing the cross competences, reflexes, methodology and knowledge that are necessary to the europeanisation of private law cases and regulations.

The LL.M. is a globally recognised degree, particularly in English-speaking countries.

The career opportunities are many and varied: international law firms, international and/or European civil service, non-governmental organizations, etc.
