Rejoignez le "ENGAGE.EU Impact Catalyst Studio" — un programme en ligne de 8 sessions conçu pour approfondir vos connaissances sur des instruments de financement de l'UE et vous apporter des outils concrets pour répondre aux appels à projets HORIZON Europe. Ce programme s'adresse aux étudiants de master, aux doctorants, aux chercheurs à tout stade de leur carrière, ainsi qu’au personnel administratif affilié aux universités ENGAGE.EU.

C'est quoi l'ENGAGE.EU Impact Catalyst Studio ?

Un programme approfondi en anglais pour apprendre comment répondre à des appels à projets européens, reparti en 4 modules (2 sessions par module). Pour chaque module, une session d'apport théorique, suivi par un atelier participatif.

Module 1: "Matching idea and call"

Session A (Lecture) Monday, 2 Feb. 2026, 4pm-6pm CET : Introduction to the logic behind EU funding calls. The session explores how calls are designed, their connection to policy missions and the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, and their role in generating societal impact. It also provides an overview of how to navigate the Funding & Tenders Portal and explores the use of templates in proposal development.
Session B (Workshop) Monday, 9 Feb. 2026, 4pm-6pm CET : Practical analysis of selected Horizon Europe calls. Participants will examine the structure of call texts and evaluation criteria, draft an initial concept note, and build a timeline by mapping key milestones and deadlines backwards from the submission date.

Module 2: "Multi-actor approach"

Session A (Lecture) Monday, 16 Feb. 2026, 4pm-6pm CET: Focus on stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies. The session provides tools for identifying relevant actors and planning meaningful involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Session B (Workshop) Monday, 23 Feb. 2026, 4pm-6pm CET: Participants will apply engagement strategies by initiating contact with selected stakeholders through a targeted outreach activity.

Module 3: "Designing for feasibility"

Session A (Lecture) 2 March, 2026, 4pm-6pm CET: Exploration of co-creation methodologies and validation processes. The session covers how to integrate feedback from external mentors, test project assumptions, and align design choices with policy priorities.
Session B (Workshop) 9 March, 2026, 4pm-6pm CET: A backcasting exercise involving multiple stakeholders will help participants reverse-engineer a realistic and policy-aligned project roadmap.

Module 4: "Project Architecture"

Session A (Lecture) 16 March, 2026, 4pm-6pm CET: Guidance on structuring a technically sound and persuasive proposal. Emphasis will be placed on evaluation-readiness, scalability, and demonstrating impact.
Session B (Workshop) 23 March, 2026, 4pm-6pm CET: A hands-on session where participants will consolidate all project components into a coherent and compelling high-level proposal framework.
